This has no-doubt been a challenging year for everyone. What if you could make a difference by offering an internship to a YNGer and in return, your YNGer receives an internship from another YPO member? 

In partnership with YPO Europe Leaders Response, YNG will be piloting the iXchange Program where YPO members offer a YNG internship in return for an internship for their own YNGer. Alternatively, YNGers who want to participate need to ensure that their member parent offers an internship opportunity in order for them to receive one.  

Even though the pilot will run in Europe, the program will be open to all of YNG members subject to their YPO member parent offering an internship.
